 WEEK 12 Continuing the Search of Libmanan      As the twelfth week of my OJT at DENR began, our focus remained on Libmanan. Continuing from the previous week, our task involved the ongoing research of lot numbers. This time, we were tasked with checking if additional lot numbers provided by geodetic engineers had corresponding records in the Lot Data Sheets (LDS) and Lot Data Computation (LDC) records.      The process was meticulous and required careful attention to detail. For each lot number provided, we meticulously searched through the LDS and LDC records to determine if a record existed. If we found a match, we ensured that all relevant information was accurately recorded. WEEK 11 Research of Libmanan       In the eleventh week of my OJT at DENR, I faced some challenges at the beginning as I was absent on Monday due to feeling unwell and experiencing lower back pain. However, I was determined to make up for lost time and contribute to the team's efforts throughout the rest of the week.      From Tuesday to Friday, I remained engaged in the same tasks, diligently assisting with researching of  Libmanan with Ate Mavic. Despite the substantial volume of work, we worked together efficiently, ensuring that every detail was meticulously checked and recorded.      In addition to research, I dedicated time to conducting inventory and grooming tasks. Week 10: Inventory of  Polangui       In the tenth week of my OJT at DENR, our focus shifted to Polangui. Our main task was to conduct an inventory of Lot Data Computation (LDC) and Lot Data Sheets (LDS). The goal was to list all the lot numbers in every case of the book. We spent our days carefully going through each book, documenting the lot numbers and ensuring that all information was accurately recorded. If we encountered any books that were not in good condition, we took the time to fix them or groom them to ensure they were in proper order. This task required attention to detail and thoroughness to ensure that no lot numbers were missed.  Week 9:  Searching the LDC of Libmanan  based on Lot Data      During the ninth week of my OJT at DENR, our focus was on Libmanan. Our main job was to find specific Lot Data numbers given by geodetic engineers. These numbers were really important because without them, documents might be marked as having no record.      We spent our days carefully looking through Lot Data Sheets (LDS) and Lot Data Computation (LDC) records, trying to find these numbers. We checked each document closely, making sure we didn't miss anything. We worked together as a team, making sure to communicate well and help each other out. Despite the routine, the excitement of learning something new always lingered.Midweek brought a pause with Tuesday and Wednesday marked as holidays. However, our commitment to our responsibilities remained unwavering. Upon returning to the office on Thursday and Friday, our focus shifted to scanning Lot Data Computation (LDC) records.      During the scanning process, Kuya Marvin, a senior colleague, saw the opportunity to optimize our efforts by utilizing both available scanners. He asked me to assist them, and I gladly jumped in to help. With efficient teamwork, we managed to scan documents swiftly and accurately. As the week progressed, we anticipated the upcoming holiday on Wednesday. When the holiday arrived, we took the day off, staying away from the office to enjoy the break. However, our dedication to our responsibilities remained unchanged. Instead of working on the holiday, we planned to resume our tasks the next day.      On Thursday, we returned to the office, ready to pick up where we left off. Despite the interruption of the holiday, we maintained our focus on encoding LDC data and worked diligently to make progress.
