WEEK 11

Research of Libmanan 


    In the eleventh week of my OJT at DENR, I faced some challenges at the beginning as I was absent on Monday due to feeling unwell and experiencing lower back pain. However, I was determined to make up for lost time and contribute to the team's efforts throughout the rest of the week.

    From Tuesday to Friday, I remained engaged in the same tasks, diligently assisting with researching of  Libmanan with Ate Mavic. Despite the substantial volume of work, we worked together efficiently, ensuring that every detail was meticulously checked and recorded.

    In addition to research, I dedicated time to conducting inventory and grooming tasks. Despite the physical demands and attention to detail required, I approached these tasks with determination, recognizing their importance in maintaining organized and accurate records for DENR.

    Throughout the week, I remained steadfast in my commitment to fulfilling my responsibilities to the best of my abilities. Despite the initial setback, I found satisfaction in knowing that my continuous contributions were helping advance DENR's mission in land documentation and management.

WEEK 13 - Last Week of Our OJT

WEEK 13  Last Week of Our OJT        In the thirteenth and final week of our OJT journey at DENR, Kuya Senen, one of the employees in DENR, presented us with our last task: to sort all the envelopes. Each envelope was meticulously labeled with designations such as PSD, CSD, TN, SWO, F, FI, GSD, and more. Over the course of two days, Monday and Tuesday, we devoted ourselves to this task, understanding that it was the final assignment of our OJT experience. Working together diligently, we sorted through each envelope, ensuring that they were arranged according to their designated categories.      Once the sorting was completed, Hanna, Ate Mavic, and I transitioned smoothly into the next phase of our task: encoding. With focused determination, we inputted all the necessary information from the sorted envelopes into the system.      Week 7: Encoding of Lot Data Computation      In the seventh week of my OJT at DENR, Monday began like any other workday, with tasks such as encoding Lot Data Computation (LDC) keeping us busy. As the week progressed, we anticipated the upcoming holiday on Wednesday. When the holiday arrived, we took the day off, staying away from the office to enjoy the break. However, our dedication to our responsibilities remained unchanged. Instead of working on the holiday, we planned to resume our tasks the next day.      On Thursday, we returned to the office, ready to pick up where we left off. Despite the interruption of the holiday, we maintained our focus on encoding LDC data and worked diligently to make progress.
