WEEK 12
WEEK 12
Continuing the Search of Libmanan
As the twelfth week of my OJT at DENR began, our focus remained on Libmanan. Continuing from the previous week, our task involved the ongoing research of lot numbers. This time, we were tasked with checking if additional lot numbers provided by geodetic engineers had corresponding records in the Lot Data Sheets (LDS) and Lot Data Computation (LDC) records.
The process was meticulous and required careful attention to detail. For each lot number provided, we meticulously searched through the LDS and LDC records to determine if a record existed. If we found a match, we ensured that all relevant information was accurately recorded. However, if no record was found, we made note of it to prevent any gaps in the documentation.
Working alongside my colleagues, we collaborated closely to streamline the research process and ensure thoroughness in our efforts. Despite the repetitive nature of the task, we remained focused and committed to maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the land documentation records for Libmanan. As the week progressed, we made steady progress in our research, diligently checking each lot number against the records. Our efforts were essential in ensuring that DENR's land documentation remained comprehensive and reliable.
