WEEK-10

Week 10: Inventory of  Polangui

In the tenth week of my OJT at DENR, our focus shifted to Polangui. Our main task was to conduct an inventory of Lot Data Computation (LDC) and Lot Data Sheets (LDS). The goal was to list all the lot numbers in every case of the book. We spent our days carefully going through each book, documenting the lot numbers and ensuring that all information was accurately recorded. If we encountered any books that were not in good condition, we took the time to fix them or groom them to ensure they were in proper order. This task required attention to detail and thoroughness to ensure that no lot numbers were missed. Working together as a team, we collaborated to complete the inventory efficiently and accurately.

After meticulously listing all the lot numbers in every case of the books for Polangui, our task was complete. With the inventory finalized, I took the compiled list and handed it over to Kuya Boy for encoding. It was a moment of satisfaction, knowing that our efforts in organizing and documenting the lot numbers would contribute to maintaining accurate land records for DENR. Handing over the list marked the completion of our inventory task and the transition to the next phase of data management. As Kuya Boy took charge of encoding the information, I felt a sense of accomplishment, knowing that our collaborative efforts would ensure the integrity of the land documentation system. With this task completed, we looked forward to tackling new challenges and continuing to support DENR's mission in the weeks ahead.
