WEEK - 6

Week 6

Encoding Lot Data, Grooming LDC, and Segregating Papers

In the sixth week of my OJT at DENR, my responsibilities expanded to encompass encoding lot data, grooming Lot Data Computation (LDC) records, and segregating papers into distinct categories. While encoding lot data demanded meticulous attention to detail as I transferred information into digital databases, grooming LDC records involved inspecting and organizing the physical documents to maintain their integrity. Additionally, I was tasked with segregating papers based on specific categories such as manual, communications, area-claimant, and certification of the client. This meticulous organization ensured easy access to information and streamlined land documentation processes. Collaborating closely with my team, we optimized our workflows and communication channels to manage these diverse tasks effectively. Through clear communication and teamwork, we navigated through the challenges of the week, upholding the standards of accuracy and organization set by DENR. Overall, the sixth week provided valuable opportunities for learning and growth as I balanced multiple responsibilities to support the comprehensive land documentation efforts of the organization.
