                                                Week 5: Lot Data Encoding with LAMS


    During the fifth week of my OJT at DENR, my focus shifted towards encoding lot data using the Land Administration Management System (LAMS). This marked a transition to a more specialized tool tailored for land documentation tasks. As I navigated through the LAMS interface, I found it to be a powerful and efficient tool for data entry, with features designed to streamline the encoding process.

    Using LAMS, I was able to input lot data swiftly and accurately, leveraging its user-friendly interface and built-in validation checks to ensure data integrity. The system's capabilities allowed me to handle various types of lot data entries, from simple to complex, with ease. Additionally, LAMS provided functionalities for organizing and categorizing data, enhancing the efficiency of our documentation efforts.

    Collaborating with my colleagues, we shared insights and tips on maximizing the utility of LAMS for encoding tasks. Clear communication and teamwork were crucial as we worked together to navigate the intricacies of the system and troubleshoot any issues that arose. Through our collective efforts, we optimized our workflows and maintained a steady pace of progress in encoding lot data.

    As the week progressed, I found myself growing more proficient in using LAMS, gaining confidence in my ability to handle encoding tasks effectively. The experience broadened my skill set and deepened my understanding of modern land administration tools. Overall, the fifth week was a period of learning and adaptation as I embraced the use of LAMS for encoding lot data, contributing to the ongoing efforts to modernize and streamline land documentation processes at DENR.

WEEK 13 - Last Week of Our OJT

WEEK 13  Last Week of Our OJT        In the thirteenth and final week of our OJT journey at DENR, Kuya Senen, one of the employees in DENR, presented us with our last task: to sort all the envelopes. Each envelope was meticulously labeled with designations such as PSD, CSD, TN, SWO, F, FI, GSD, and more. Over the course of two days, Monday and Tuesday, we devoted ourselves to this task, understanding that it was the final assignment of our OJT experience. Working together diligently, we sorted through each envelope, ensuring that they were arranged according to their designated categories.      Once the sorting was completed, Hanna, Ate Mavic, and I transitioned smoothly into the next phase of our task: encoding.      Week 7: Encoding of Lot Data Computation      In the seventh week of my OJT at DENR, Monday began like any other workday, with tasks such as encoding Lot Data Computation (LDC) keeping us busy. As the week progressed, we anticipated the upcoming holiday on Wednesday. When the holiday arrived, we took the day off, staying away from the office to enjoy the break. However, our dedication to our responsibilities remained unchanged. Instead of working on the holiday, we planned to resume our tasks the next day.      On Thursday, we returned to the office, ready to pick up where we left off. Despite the interruption of the holiday, we maintained our focus on encoding LDC data and worked diligently to make progress.
