Week 3: Research and Documentation       In the third week of our On-the-Job Training (OJT) at DENR, our primary task was to conduct a detailed investigation into the Lot Data Computation (LDC) of Milagros, Masbate Case 3. The objective was to locate the correct sheet based on the provided lot number. Our research scope expanded to cover both Masbate and Bombon provinces, adding complexity to our task. The challenge was to secure the original copy, not duplicates, and verify the validity of the sheets. Sheets marked as void or containing references were deemed invalid. This meticulous investigation went beyond the LDC, extending to researching cadastral maps by case, enriching our understanding of the crucial details necessary for accurate land documentation and mapping within the DENR system.      Following this detailed research, we successfully located the correct sheet for Milagros, Masbate Case 3. Week 2: February 19-23 Sorting Papers, Fixing Vintage Books, and Organizing Lot Data   In my second week at DENR, my tasks expanded to not just scanning papers but also delving into the sorting of books, specifically focusing on lot data computations and lot data descriptions. The Alaris Capture Pro app continued to be a valuable tool, making the scanning process efficient. Amidst the paperwork, I encountered a unique challenge – dealing with vintage documents from the 1960s, each holding a piece of history.      In addition to sorting through papers, my responsibilities extended to the realm of books. This included meticulously organizing lot data computations and descriptions. Some of these books, showing signs of wear and tear, needed a bit of care. If the covers weren't in the best shape, I took the time to groom and fix them up.
